针刺合穴位注射治疗三叉神经痛38例临床观察

Clinical study of acupoint injection for 38 patients with trigeminal neuralgia

目的观察针刺合穴位注射治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法将69例患者随机分为治疗组38例,对照组31例。对照组予以针刺治疗,1次/d,10次为1个疗程,疗程间休息1周。治疗组在针刺治疗的基础上,在主要穴位注射麝香注射液、当归注射液。隔日1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率83.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺合穴位注射治疗三叉神经痛操作简便,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with point injection therapy for trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 69 patients were randomly divided 38 patients into treatment group and 31 patients into control group.The patients in control group were treated with acupuncture,1 time per pay,10 times a course,one week rest after a course,and in treatment group,based on acupuncture treatment,with the main points injecting musk injection and Angelica injection,one time in other day,10 times a treatment course.The curative effects were evaluated after 2courses.Result The total effect in treatment group was 100% and in control group 87.1%,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with point injection is simple to operate and effective for trigeminal neuralgia.
