Training units of postgraduates undertake the main task of training. Nowadays, their man- agers must pay special attention to the reality that postgraduate education should transform into applied one. In addition, they should consider seriously how to renew the tional resources to support the new practice of teaching and idea of education and provide enough eduealearning in order to create a new model of ap-plied postgraduate training.
