摘要
应用型硕士研究生与传统的学术型研究生不同,在培养过程中更强调职业性和实践性特征,在学术性上也有自己的特色,这些特征都呼唤教师队伍建设必须进行相应的调整,必须实现教学观念、教学内容和教学方法及评价方式的改革,这些改革是实现研究生教育转型的前提。
Different from the traditional academic master degree candidate, applied master degree candidate puts more emphasis on practice and vocation, and has it's own academic character. All these require that the adjustment must be made in building up teaching staff. In addition, teaching ideas, teaching content and methods and evaluating mode must be changed as well, which are the prerequisites to achieve transformation of postgraduate education.
