不同人群小气道功能水平的对比分析

Analyze of different people's small airway function level

目的研究不同人群小气道功能水平的差异。方法分别检测健康非吸烟者(A组)、肺通气功能正常的吸烟者(B组)、限制性通气功能减退者(C组)及慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者(D组)小气道功能水平并对比分析。结果健康非吸烟者及限制性通气功能减退者小气道功能水平优于其他两组。结论小气道功能水平的下降可能能够作为患慢性阻塞性肺疾病的高风险因素。

Objective To analyze different people＇s small airway function level. Methods To measure and analyze the healthy nonsmoking people（group A）, the smoking but pulmonary function are normal people（group B）,the people of pulmonary function restrictived（group C）,and the COPD people＇s small airway function level（group D）. Results The people group A and group C＇s small airway function level are better than that of group B and group D. Conclusions The decrease of small airway function level maybe a danger factor of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
