摘要 通过构建一个J1939协议网络来完成电动轮自卸车的数据采集,并把采集到的数据通过触摸屏液晶显示;相比原有的无协议网络的数据采集系统,性能有了大幅提高;针对煤矿企业的实际需要,特别增强了称重数据的采集与记录功能;同时为了适应煤矿企业数字化发展的主流,在机车上加入了GPRS无线数据传输、GPS定位等功能,这些功能的引入,不仅便于煤矿企业对产量进行统计,而且给煤矿企业对机车的数字化管理带来了方便,从而提高企业效益. To achieve data acquisition of electric-wheel self-dumping truck,a J1939 protocol network is constructed;The acquisition data is also displayed through LCD screen.Compared with the original data acquisition system without protocol network,system performance has been vastly improved.In addition,to meet the actual needs of coal enterprises,the acquisition and record of the weighing signal is enhanced.Meanwhile,in order to adapt to the mainstream of the coal enterprises digital development,some important functions are added,that is,wireless GPRS data transmission and GPS.These functions facilitate not only the statistics of the yield,but also the digital manipulating for coal enterprises,which can improve efficiency of the enterprises.
