摘要
针对我国目前备受关注的食品安全问题,介绍了食品安全的定义和认识;阐述了企业在食品安全方面的责任,即企业是食品安全的第一责任人,提高企业管理者的诚信度;提出了政府部门用法律、法规加大监管力度,用制度提高食品企业入门门槛;分析了行业协会在食品安全方面的服务作用、协调作用和推动的作用。认为:明确生产企业、政府部门、行业协会和第三方检验检测机构职责,保证政府部门权威地行使裁判权,是可以把好食品安全关的。
Food safety is currently an attention - focused issue. This article first gives a brief introduction about the definition and basic knowledge of food safety. Corporation takes the first responsibility of food safety, thus the credibility of corporation organizers should be improved. Government should strengthen its monitor on corporation with special laws and rules, and enhance the requirements of corporation with systems. Trade association takes the role of providing service,coordination and promotion in food safety. The article finally points out that the food safety can be achieved if the responsibilities of corporation, government, trade association and third - party testing organization can be ensured, and the authoritative judgment of government can be granted.
