摘要 目的:考察同时检测大黄中蒽醌类物质和黄芩中黄酮类物质联合测定的优化色谱条件。方法:通过对大黄与黄芩药材配伍后其水煎液不同的处理方法和流动相的不断筛选,从而选择出有效成分含量最高,干扰峰最少,分离度较好的色谱条件,即以甲醇:磷酸水(pH3)为流动相进行梯度洗脱。结果:以(1∶1)的甲醇水溶液处理样品,以甲醇∶磷酸水(pH3)溶液为洗脱液时能够得到优化的色谱条件。结论采用优化的色谱分离条件,能够同时检测出黄芩苷、大黄素和大黄酸,且分离度好,加样回收率在95%~105%之间,测定结果准确可靠。 Objective To investigate the simultaneous determination of anthraquinones in Rhubarb and flavonoids in Scutellaria in the joint optimization of chromatographic conditions.Methods Through the compatibility of rhubarb and scutellaria decoction after its different treatment methods and the constant mobile phase selection,which s-elects the highest content of active ingredient,interference peak at least,a better chro-matographic separation conditions,that is,methanol: phosphoric acid water(pH3) as he mobile phase for gradient elution.Results(1:1)of methanol solution treated sample,methanol: phosphoric acid water(pH3)solution as the eluent during the chromatograp-hic conditions can be optimized.Conclusion The optimum chromatographic separati-on conditions,which can detect the baicalin,emodin and rhein,and good separation of sample recovery experiments the average recovery of 95%-105%,and the determi-nation of accurate and reliable.
