江西基层医疗卫生机构实施《国家基本药物目录》用药情况的调查

The investigation of basic-level medical and health institutions implementation of 《The Catalogue Of China's Basic Drugs》and drugs use in Jiangxi

目的:为了解基层医疗机构实施《国家基本药物目录》用药情况;方法:自拟调查表,随机调查了184家村诊所和185家卫生院药房,用SPSS软件对调查资料进行了统计分析;结果:基本药物的使用有了明显增长,个别药物呈现倍增趋势;结论:《国家基本药物目录》颁布实施对基层医疗机构使用基本药物发挥了积极作用,其增长趋势随着"两网"建设的深入会更为突显。

Objective： to understand the basic-level medical and health institutions in implementation of ＂the catalogue of China＇s basic drugs＂,Methods： from fitting questionnaire,random survey of 184 home village clinics and 185 home health hospital pharmacy,with SPSS software for the data for statistical analysis,Results： the use of basic drugs have increases obviously and individual drug presents multiply trend;Conclusion： ＂the catalogue of China＇s basic drugs＂ enacted in basic-level medical institutions that use of basic drugs to play a positive role,its growth trend with ＂two nets＂ construction deeply would be more highlighted.
