摘要
上海市民防大厦坐落在软土地基上, 在基坑两边荷载不对称的情况下, 采用钢筋混凝土桁架支撑和桩排式围护墙以及坑底加固、坑底采用20cm 厚混凝土垫层、合理降水等措施,成功地保护了距基坑边仅2.5 m 的9 层办公楼(箱基、框架结构)
The Shanghai Civil' s Defence Tower has been located on a soft soil foundation bed.The loads on each side of the foundation pit are unequal and unsymmetrical.Under this difficult and complicated condition,there are a number of technologic measures to overcome these difficulties, namely:1,adoption of the R.C.trusses as supports 2,application of sheet pile walls as supports 3,consolidation and strengthening of the foundation pit,with a 20 cm bedding course of concrete and 4,an appropriate dewatering technology for foundation pit.All these measures,eventually,have been proved effective to prevent damages of its surrounding constructions and a 9-storey office building designed of framed box foundation structure only 2.5 m away from the foundation pit.
