摘要
上海金茂大厦地下３ 层，地上８８ 层，总高达４２０．５０ ｍ，是国内最高的建筑物。测量工作中因受自然条件、建筑物变形、施工条件等影响，有很多难点，为此采用联合测量法控制，建立施工测量平面、垂直控制网，顺利完成了测量任务。
The Shanghai Jinmao Mansion has been designed of a building with a 3-storey basement under ground and an 88-storey structure with a total height of 420.50 m,which is currently the highest building of our country.Nevertheless,during the period of survey work,there are a great number of difficulties occured and affected by natural situations,building' s deformations and construction conditions.Therefore,a series of survey technology measures have been duly adpoted namely:1,application of the survey combination control method 2,establishment of survey plan for construction and 3,vertical survey control network.Eventually,all these measures have fulfilled smoothly survey tasks and proved perfect in survey accuracy and construction efficiency.
