摘要
在研究实践基础上以真空减压凝固方式,测定不同负压下的低倍组织和常压(0.1MPa)下浇注的低倍组织进行对比,引入了量的概念,可快速、直观地测定炉前铝液的低倍和所用精炼剂的最佳效果。
In this paper,the low-fold structure of different negative pressure are compared with the low-foid structure of normal pressure (0. 1 MPa)by the fashion of decompression solidification,and so lead in the concept of quantity. We can fast detect the low-fold structure of aluminium in furnace and optymum effect of the refining agent used by this way.
