Taking the Red Town and the Bund 1919 as examples,this essay describes the aspects of development opportunities of an creative real estate in urban regeneration,the balancing of project interests and the factors affecting the investment strength of the project.In addition,the essay investigates the effects of operation status of projects,as well as the important characteristics of this type of projects.
