地平线在西方现代园林的理论与实践中向来有着非同寻常的魅力,拟借助实践和竞赛作品,从地平线情结的思想根源、历史渊源、园林意境、思想流变等角度阐释西方现代园林的地平线情结。从地平线与环境的地域性以及对环境的感知关系出发,将园林地平线分为物象的地平线、意象的地平线和情感的地平线3类。并总结出了地平线中借景地平线和模拟地平线2种主要应用方式。最后从园林地平线的形成、展开和凸显等方面梳理出引导、对比、呼应、重复等设计原则。

The horizon in the theory and practice of modern Western landscape always has extraordinary charm, and this article intends to work through projects and works, from the idea of such a complex root of the horizon, history, landscape mood, and thought to interpret the complex horizon of the modern Western landscape. From the relationship between horizon and the local characteristics of the environment, or perception of the environment, it is divided into three horizons： horizon of images, horizon of artistic conception and horizon of emotion. Two main application methods are found： simulating or borrowing the horizon. From the aspects of formation, extension, and highlights of the horizon, finally it concludes the guidance, contrast, echo, repeat and other design principles of horizon.
