医学图像感兴趣区域(ROI)的分割三维重建算法研究

摘要 在医学图像处理与分析过程中,医生通常最关心的信息仅占图像中的很小一部分,这部分就是所谓的感兴趣区域,即ROI(Regionof Interest)[1],感兴趣区域包含着重要的诊断信息,这些信息是临床诊断和病理学研究的重要依据。基于感兴趣区域的三维重建形成的培训、医学研究和教学提供数字实现手段。 In medical image processing and analysis,the doctors are most concerned about the information usually only a small part of the image.This part of the so--called region of interest,namely ROI (Region of lnterest),which contains important diagnostic information. Clinical diagnosis and the information is an important basis for pathological study,The visual three--dimensional image results formed by three--dimensional reconstruction on ROI can help doctors accurately identify a variety of tissues and organs,and its processing and analysis, making the diagnosis more effective,easier and more accurate. And it also for medical training,medical research and teaching digital implementation means.
