摘要
通过对老龄居住模式变化的分析,从老人的行为活动、生理特点指出老年住宅设计中的要点。通过提高住宅的适应性,增加社区交流空间,完善社区配套设施,设计与开发适宜老人居住的"通用性"住宅和老年社区。
Through the analysis of aging changes in living mode,from the behavior of the elderly activities and physiological characteristics that elements of elderly residential design.By improving the adaptability of house,increase communication space,improve community facilities,design and development suitable for the elderly living in the general residential and elderly community.
