我国的中药材市场将要经过几个不同的时期(成长期、停滞期、调整期、整合期)才能初具规模,形成一定的体系,在如今商业氛围浓重,经济多元化的时期,我国的中药材市场正处在调整期的重要阶段,我们是否能让中药材市场融入地方特色,结合旅游地产形成独具一格的发展模式?这又给中药材市场提出了一个新的发展模式。该文将通过对云南东融滇西中药材物流经营中心这个项目进行分析,从项目背景到规划思路的简介,并针对中药材市场提出一种新的发展模式——地方特色+旅游地产+中药材市场,旨在为大理市城市转型的重要时期提供参考。
Normally,a market of Chinese herb goes through different phases,from the growth,the lag,the adjustment to the consolidation,to construct a marketing system.The market in our country is currently during its signif icant adjustment-phase in such accented commercial atmosphere within economical diversif ication.The requirement of a new developing-mode,a unique one helping Chinese-herb market combined with local features and growth of real estates in resort,has been brought forward.This dissertation analysis the project——logistics management center of Yunnan Dongrong Dianxi Chinese-herb market——from reviewing its background to advancing planning synopsis,and then f inally gives a recommendation of the new mode,which is composed of Chinese-herb market,local feature and real estate in resort,to provide a solid reference for urban transformation of Dali.
