摘要
在对大规模城市更新的反思和小规模渐进式开发模式的探讨过程中,通过对巴塞罗那、法国尤拉里尔以及上海新天地等公共中心改造项目的分析,提出在特定区域,将公共中心作为"城市触媒"进行"城市针灸",采用小尺度介入的方法加以控制与引导,可以激发邻近地区的发展,从而带动整个地区面貌改善。
In the reflection of large-scale urban renewal and the small-scale model of incremental development process,through the analysis of the public centre＇srenovation project in Barcelona,Lille,Bilbao,and Shanghai. This paper raised that,in a particular region,choose the public centre as the urban catalyst to do the urban acupuncture,use the small-scale method to control and guide the development,stimulate the development of neighboring regions as well,in order to improve the entire region.
