基于质量-成本视角的DEA参数设计模型

目前的三次设计模型,仅在系统设计阶段粗略地考虑了产品成本选择问题,在参数设计阶段,忽略了对不同质量参数水平成本进行选择。而且,目前的参数设计模型无法将质量与成本进行统筹考虑。本文针对以上不足,提出了一种新的基于质量-成本视角的DEA参数设计模型,通过将产品成本和质量分别作为模型的投入、产出,实现对成本和质量的统筹考虑。该模型能够在保证产品质量稳健性的基础上,考虑不同质量参数水平下的产品成本对参数设计的影响,从全新的视角为参数设计提供一种独特的思路和方法。最后,文章以实例验证了基于质量-成本视角的DEA参数设计模型的可行性和有效性。

During the Thrice Design,the cost of product is considered just in the system design stage.However,in the parameter design stage,the product cost of different parameter levels is ignored,which,obviously,is a big defect.In this paper,a novel DEA parameter design model based on the perspective of qualitycost is proposed,which takes both quality and cost into consideration by regarding cost as an input of DEA model and quality as an output.Thus,the influence of the cost on the parameter design is considered to ensure the robustness of the product quality.At last,a case is studied to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
