This paper introduces a method for torque pre-control compensation in the control system of recoiler groups.When the system accelerates or decelerates,in order to optimize the speed adjusting performance or ensure the best work of the regulator,carrying out pre-compensation to dynamic torque,friction torque and rotational inertia.This pre-control method is designed reasonably and realized simply,and the system with it is more stable and can improve the rate of finished product effectively.
