摘要
苯胺类化合物作为工业原料被广泛用于多种行业,它的大量使用对环境和人类的饮用水安全造成了很大的危害。文章建立了固相萃取(SPE)/高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测水中5种苯胺类化合物的方法并优化了色谱条件,该方法对5种苯胺类的检出限为0.10~0.52μg/L,回收率为70.2%~95.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.68%~8.79%,线性范围为1.0~10.0 mg/L。
As industrial raw material,aniline compound is widely used in many industries,and it's heavy use causes great harm to environment and the safety of human's drinking water.This paper establishes the method of measuring 5 kinds of aniline compound in water with SPE/HPLC and optimizes chromatographic conditions.In this method,for the 5 kinds of aniline categories,detection limit is 0.10~0.52 μg/L,recovery rate is 70.2%~95.6%,relative standard deviation(RSD)is 3.68%~8.79%,linear range is 1.0~10.0 mg/L.
