摘要
在井斜小、无套变影响的情况下,导致杆管偏磨的主要原因是上部抽油杆的下行速度超过了活塞的运行速度,油杆中下部弯曲变形、与油管内壁发生磨损;因此,只有从受力分析上着手优化杆柱设计、减少杆柱形变,才能从根本意义上削减杆管偏磨对原油生产造成的影响。
For a well with small deviation and no casing deformation, the main reasons for deflection abrasion of pumping wells are downgoing velocity of upper rod surpassing the piston speed,curvature and deformation on the underneath of rod and the friction with inner tubing.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the string design and reduce the deformation of rod based on the analysis of force,thus radically decrease the impact of deflection abrasion on oil production.
