聚丙烯膜表面改性络合贵金属

摘要 通过聚丙烯表面功能化引入氮、硫元素来络合贵金属离子。首先在PP膜上经紫外光引发实施丙烯酸的接枝聚合反应,得到表面带—COOH基团的改性聚丙烯膜;再通过酰氯化的方法在改性后的聚丙烯膜上接枝硫脲、尿素、乙二胺、乙醇胺。将接枝改性的膜浸泡在贵金属溶液中,取出后清洗、干燥、称量。使用全衰减红外光谱(ATR)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行表征,研究了接枝不同物质的膜表面的变化和吸附贵金属离子的情况。发现接枝乙二胺和硫脲的改性聚丙烯膜能较好的吸附金离子、钯离子。 Explore this subject through PP surface features of the introduction of nitrogen and sulfur to complex precious metals.PP film in the first membrane caused by ultraviolet light of the implementation of acrylic polymerization reactions,get with the surface-COOH group modified polypropylene film,again through the method of chloride in the modified PP membrane graft thiourea,urea,quadrol,neovaricaine,using of sulfur and nitrogen atoms to complex the precious metal ions.Finally,the grafted membrane soaking in the precious metals solution,after cleaning out,weighing was characterized with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and attenuated total reflectance(ATR) the graft of different substances on the surface of the change and absorption of the precious metal.And I found that quadrol and thiourea are better absorption of the aurum ions,palladium ions.
