摘要
分析了样板房与楼盘销售的关系,设计原则和设计特点,以及样板房目前设计风格特点,指出了样板房设计应注意的问题,并推导了样板房未来的设计趋势,希望能对设计师设计样板房起到一定的参考作用。
This paper talks about the relationship between sample house and real estate sales,design principles and design features,and style of the present sample house,point out the problems in sample house design and derive the future design trends of sample house,hoping that it could play some reference to the designers of sample house design.
