摘要
以乙酸锌(Zn(CH3COO)2)和三乙胺TEA((CH3CH2)3N)为主要原料,通过在体系中加入一定浓度的水性聚氨脂(WPU)作为模板,采用水热沉淀法制备得到Zn(OH)2前躯体.然后将前驱体在400℃下煅烧2 h,获得纳米氧化锌(ZnO)粉末,采用XRD和扫描电镜(SEM)对氧化锌粉末的结构与形貌进行分析.研究结果表明,以聚氨酯为模板、在一定条件下可以制得棒状纳米ZnO粉末;水热反应温度在110~150℃范围内,氧化锌晶体棒子长度随温度升高而降低,反应时间为20 h.
The precursors,zinc hydroxide(Zn(OH)2),were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions with zinc acetate(Zn(CH3COO)2)as zinc source,TEA((CH3CH2)3N)as alkaline source,and waterborne polyurethane(WPU) as template.Zinc oxide(ZnO) powders were obtained when the prepared precursors were calcined at 400 ℃ for 2hrs.The morphology and structure of ZnO were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).As the result shows,the morphology of ZnO synthesized by using WPU as template is rod-like structure,and the length of the ZnO will become shorter with higher temperature.
