目的:血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂在心血管疾病治疗中起着重要的作用,通过对其上市情况、药动学参数等的介绍为临床合理用药提供一定的依据。方法:对相关参考文献关于血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂上市情况、药动学参数及结构和代谢特点等数据进行汇总分析。结果和结论:随着血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂在临床中的广泛应用,根据每种药品的各项特点合理的选用有着一定的参考意义。

Objective： ACEI are very important in the therapy of cardio vascular disease （CVD）. Through the study of the general condition of ACEI put into the market, pharmacokinetic parameters and characteristic of ACEI, providing reference for their clinical application. Methods： To summarize and analyze the drug pharmacokinetic parameters and metabolism characteristics of ACEI in the literatures. Results and Conclusions： It can help choose drugs in clinical application according to their different characteristics,with the extensive application of ACEIs.
