基于广义区域创新理论在创新型省份建设中运用的研究——江苏创新型省份二分建设模式探讨

A Probe into Dimidiate Building Pattern of Innovative Province of Jiangsu——Based on the Application of Generalized Regional Innovation Theory to Innovative Province Building

从省的结构特征入手,考虑城市间存在的梯度特征性和经济阶段时滞性,以及需要创新的重点重心需要支持和引导的方向方式不一,并结合城市经济学和区域创新理论等,提出广义区域创新理论,将一个省划分为多个以具有一定联系的城市组建的广义区域的集合,进行针对性的创新机制设计和支持引导,最后以经济梯度性较大的江苏省为例进行了分析。

Considering the province structure and the differences among the cities,combining with City Economics and Regional Innovation Theory,this paper raises Generalized Regional Innovation Theory,which persuades that a province should be divided into several Generalized Regions and pertinent institutions should be established according to the characteristics of the cities and regions.The last part of paper offers a case study of Jiangsu Innovative Province Building.
