基于故障树分析的汽车自动变速器异响故障诊断研究

Diagnosis of Abnormal Knocking of Automatic Transmission Based on Fault Tree Analysis

应用故障树分析方法,对汽车自动变速器异响故障进行分析。给出了异响故障的各种原因及其组合方式,进行了故障树的定性分析和定量计算。通过建立故障树的方法,找出故障原因,分析系统薄弱环节,并提出有针对性的解决措施。所建立故障树进行的实例故障诊断表明,故障树分析法是对复杂动态系统失效形式进行可靠性分析的有效工具。

Applying the method of fault tree analysis（FTA） to analyze abnormal knocking finds out all kinds of possible reasons and their combined forms of abnormal knocking,and also makes qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Through the establishment of FTA,we find out fault reason,analyze system weakness,and put forward the corresponding settlements.Fault diagnosis of using fault tree in an instance indicates that FTA is an efficient tool to analyze in-validness of complex dynamic system.
