摘要
通过对光电转换电路的前置放大及主放大电路设计的详细分析研究,给出了电路放大、滤波、降噪等优化处理方法,实现了将有用信号从噪声中分离并输出的目的.对光电转换电路从原理设计到最终制板过程中影响其性能参数及稳定性的因素进行了深入的探讨,提出了对电路器件选择、排列、布线以及降噪等方法的选择标准和依据.
By studying and analyzing the preamplifier and main amplification circuits design in photoelectric conversion circuitry,the optimum handling way for circuit amplifying,filtering,noise reduction processing was given,the purpose of the useful signal separating and outputting from the noise was achieved.The various factors affecting the stability of performance parameters from the principle of photoelectric conversion circuit design to the final plate process were discussed.The criteria and the basis were put forward for the circuit device selections,arrangement,wiring,and noise reduction methods and so on.
