准产品生产与装配实践教学模式的思考与实践——应用型本科院校机械类专业毕业设计教学创新研究 被引量:1

摘要 机械类应用型毕业生既做好常规性绘图,编制设计说明书等"纸上谈兵"的毕业设计,又做成毕业生进入工作岗位前按企业实际生产流程加工产品的"真枪实弹"创新性准产品加工与装配的综合实训,使毕业生既掌握产品前期的设计,又掌握后期的工艺编制及产品实际加工。根据本学科应用型人才的培养特点,使毕业设计成为积累实践经验,实现从学校到企业无缝连接的最重要的教学环节。文章介绍了这种创新型的毕业设计的教学组织原则、教学要求、过程管理及组织方法,总结了三年来的教学实践经验和成效。 The machinery class application graduate not only completes the graduation project composed of the conventional cartography,the establishment design instruction booklet and so on,but also makes the innovative quasi product processing and the assembly synthesis really teaches according to the enterprise actual production process processing product before graduation. So the graduate can master the earlier period product design,and meanwhile can grasp the later period craft establishment and the product actual processing. According to the training objective of applied technological talents,the graduation project becomes the most important teaching link to realize seamless connection from the school to the enterprise. The teaching organization principle,the teaching request,the process management and the organization method of this kind of innovation graduation project are intruduced,and the teaching experience and the result for three year are summarized in the article.
