文章运用文献调研法,从体育教师的专业思想素养、专业才能素养、专业精神素养、专业人格素养四方面来探讨体育与健康课程改革理念下体育教师的素养,以期对体育与健康课程改革有所裨益。

In terms of cultivating professional quality of teachers,this article,by means of documentary survey,aims to explore effective ways to carry out reformation of physical and health education curriculum on the basis of analyzing four aspects of the PE teachers＇ professionalism including professional ideology,capability,passion and personality,which hopefully benefits the current practice.
