摘要
我公司在佳木斯发电有限公司供热扩建工程210m套筒烟囱施工中,成功地采用电动提模工艺。此工艺不仅克服了滑模的混凝土表面拉裂、滑痕、平台飘移及扭转等质量弊病,还节约了滑模工艺所需大量措施性钢材,在质量、安全、管理等方面均优于滑模工艺。
In the sleeve chimney construction of Jiamusi Power Company Limited 210m heat expansion,our company used of electric-lifting formwork, platform through the power lift system to enhance frame and operation frame track each other and alternately raise. This process not only overcome the sliding surface of the concrete crack, slide marks, platform drift, and to revere the ills of such quality, but also saved a large number of steel which sliding process needed, the quality, safety, and management are better than sliding technology.
