Developing Concept of Recreational Agriculture of Reclamation Area in Heilongjiang Province

休闲农业是以农业生产经营为基础、农业与旅游相结合的新型产业。黑龙江垦区拥有中国耕地规模最大、机械化程度最高的国有农场群,旅游资源富集,具有开展休闲农业显著的资源优势和生态优势。文章深入探讨了垦区开展休闲农业的优势及存在的问题,提出了"农旅兼顾,生态为基,科学规划,适度开发","休闲为本,注重体验,项目多样,挖掘特色","政府主导,区域合作,由点到面,整体发展"的构想。

Recreational agriculture is a new type industry based on agriculture production and management and combination of agriculture and tourism.There are large state-run farm groups with largest size arable land in China and higher level of mechanization in Heilongjiang reclamation area.Due to rich tourism resources,it is clear that there were both resource strength and ecological dominance to develop recreational agriculture.In this article,the strengths and the existing problems of developing recreational agriculture in the reclamation area were discussed,and also the concept of co-development of agriculture and tourism based on the protection of ecology,developing in suitable size by scientific plan,recreation orientation,focused experience,various projects,centered characteristics,government orientation,regional cooperation,developing focused on one region first and whole development later were put forward.
