摘要
隐喻不仅仅是一种语言现象,里面还包含着一种人们赖以思考、表达甚至行动的思维方式。从信息功能的角度来看,隐喻是可译的;从美学功能的角度来看,隐喻是否可译取决于目的语中是否存在与之对应的隐喻或该隐喻是否已融入目的语当中,并为目的语读者所接受。
Metaphors are not only a kind of linguistic phenomenon but also embrace a kind of thinking mode.From the angle of informative function,metaphors are translatable;from the angle of aesthetic function,whether metaphors are translatable depends on whether there are some corresponding metaphors in the target language,or whether the metaphors have merged into the target language and become acceptable to readers of the target language.
