浅谈基层国土资源执法监察中存在的问题和对策

针对新形式下基层国土资源执法监察中存在的一些问题,提出应该查处与预防相结合,控制违法用地;进一步完善现行法律法规;加强对存量建设用地与闲置土地的清理和盘活、降低违法用地;宣传与执法相结合,营造良好执法氛围;查人与查事相结合,严肃查处违法用地;全面提高基础国土资源执法监察人员的整体素质的对策建议。

On the questions existed in the law enforcement and supervision of base natural resources under the new form,provides some countermeasures which should make investigation and prevention be combination and control the illegal use of land;Further improve the existing laws and regulations;Strengthen to clean up and revitalize the stock of land for construction and the idle land,and reduce the illegal use of land;Should make publicity and enforcement be combination and create a good law enforcement atmosphere;Make checking people and checking things be combination and seriously deal with the illegal use of land;Comprehensively improve the overall quality of law enforcement officers.
