奖学金制度下研究生招生复试制度的反思

Reflection on Reexamination System of Postgraduate Admission under Scholarship Incentive System

奖学金制是研究生教育发展的趋势，奖学金制度的实施对研究生招生复试工作提出了新要求。当前的研究生招生复试制度存在着复试过程流于形式、复试内容偏向理论知识、复试评分带有随意性、复试程序缺乏监督等弊端，直接影响了奖学金制度的有效实施和奖学金评定结果的公平公正性。因此，如何建立科学合理的复试制度，使复试工作在促进奖学金制度的顺利实施中更好地发挥作用是当前亟待解决的问题。

The scholarship incentive system is the trend of postgraduate education development. Its implementation puts forward new demands on the work of reexamination of postgraduate admission. In the present reexamination system of postgraduate admission, the procedures of reexamination become a mere formality, and the content tends to be theoretical knowledge. The grading system is inevitably voluntary and the whole process is not under proper supervision. All these drawbacks have directly obstructed successful implementation of the scholarship incentive system as well as in bringing out fair approving results. Therefore, how to build a scientific and rational reexamination system and utilize the reexamination process to the benefit of a successful scholarship system have become the current issues requiring urgent solution.
