摘要
学校教育变革过程中,教师的参与至关重要。然而,现实情况是“参与’面临遭到教师抗拒的困境。究其原因,主要是参与本身的复杂性,以及参与与教师的个性心理和职业特点相对立。据此,要想突破这一困境,笔者认为可以通过尝试以下几条路径,即形成参与的共同信念、实行参与式领导和采用适宜的参与方式。
In the process of school education reform, teachers' participation is very important.While the reality is that "participation" is facing to the dilemma of teachers' resist.The reasons are that the participation is complicated itself and the participation is opposite with teachers' individual psychology and professional characteristics.If we want to break the dilemma, the author thinks that it can try the following several paths: forming the common belief of participation, implementing the participative leadership and adopting the appropriate participative approachs.
