摘要
美国的督导机构具有很大的独立性,督导人员专兼职结合,督导工作测重于改进教学。而我国的教育督导机构更倾向于督政而非督学,在当今世界各国更为重视教育质量的时代背景下,我们应当借鉴美国在教育督导方面的经验,以促进我国教育的大发展。本文主要从督导机构、督导职能、督导人员、督导方式四个维度对中美两国的教育督导制度进行比较分析,从而引发对我国教育督导制度的思考,为我国教育督导制度提供有益的启示。
America's educational supervision system is characterized by that the supervisory bodies has great independence and the team's combination of full-time and part-time and their supervision put emphasis on improving the supervision of measuring teaching. China's educational supervision institutions inclined to the Administrative Supervision rather than supervising teach effect. As more and more countries pay more attention to the educational quality. We should draw lessons from the America's supervisory experience to improve the supervisory approach and to accelerate the development of education. In this paper, we firstly make a comparison between China and America from four dimensions of the supervisory agencies, supervisory functions, supervisory staff and supervisory approach. With good wishes to arise people to reflect our educational supervision system and to provide useful revelation for it.
