The construction of regional cultural and ecological conservation zone is a brand new topic contributing to regional integrated cultural development,the exploration and utilization of regional cultural resources,the advancement and sustainable development of regional culture.This paper holds that the construction should be carried out in a systematic,integrated,balanced and living way so as to protect and develop regional culture and ecology and utilize it in a sustainable way.
