摘要
核心竞争力是企业和银行实现又好又快发展、赢得竞争优势、获得丰厚利润的关键因素,提升核心竞争力已成为经营者和管理者的一致追求。在对城乡结合部"小银行"提升核心竞争力理论探索的基础上,通过实证分析提出了提升"小银行"核心竞争力的对策思考。
Core competitiveness is a key factor for enterprises and banks in ensuring sound and rapid development, gaining competitive advantages and making profits, thus, the promotion of core competitiveness is stressed by operators and administrators alike. Based on the discussion of related theories and empirical study, this paper reflects on the approaches to the promotion of the core competitiveness of small banks in fringe areas.
