The Chinese Communist Party＇s cognition of the social effect of religion,an important part of the Marxist view of religion,is theoretically significant.On one hand,it is a scientific system which inherits the Marxist view of religion.It inherits the basic methods with which Marxism analyzes religious issues,the view that religion is the superstructure in class society and the perspective of the dual role of religion.On the other hand,it is the major innovation for the perspective of Marxism.It scientifically analyzes the real meaning of ＂Religion is people＇s opium＂,highlights the positive role of religion and stresses the analysis and treatment of the role of religion in society from all sides.
