摘要
面对越来越不确定的竞争环境,企业无法使用经验进行未来的决策,甚至预测也越来越缺乏效力,出于对长远利益的考虑,多数企业采用愿景管理以形成创造性演化的未来。同时随着全球性经济体系的形成以及集体价值性资本的重视,企业管理的重要目标变为相关利益者的共同治理,文章从主要相关利益者之一的员工角度出发,分析员工承诺与组织愿景的关系,试图在在全球经济危机威胁的背景下,给企业提供战略管理与决策上的理论指导。
Faced with increasingly competitive environment of uncertainty,companies can not use the past experience for future decision-making.Even forecasts become less effective.Out of the long-term interests,the majority of enterprises adopt a creative vision of management in order to form the future of evolution.At the same time as the formation of a global economic system as well as the collective value of capital,the important role of the relevant stakeholders has turned into a common governance for enterprise management.This paper,from one of the major stakeholders employees,analyzes the relationship between employee commitment and organizational vision.It hopes to provide strategic reference to management and decision-making under the global economic crisis.
