基于SYSWELD的搭接接头温度场的数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 基于有限元软件SYSWELD对搭接接头温度场进行了3维动态模拟,得出了瞬态温度场分布图和特征点的热循环曲线。同时通过对SYSWELD后处理分析,得出了焊件上任一点的温度变化与相演变的关系。与文献资料比较表明,所建立的数值模拟仿真模型可以较好地模拟焊接温度场,为研究焊接过程中的应力应变和减少焊接应力与变形提供了参考依据。 Based on the finite element software SYSWELD to overlap joint temperature field for 3d dynamic simulation,the transient temperature field distribution as well as feature points thermal cycling curve is got,and through the finite element analysis,the relation of temperature which is located in any point of work piece and phase transformation is obtained.Comparing the simulation results with the literature data,it is demonstrated that the established model of numerical simulation can preferably simulate the temperature field,which provides a reference for analyzing stress,strain and decreasing the welding stress and deformation in welding process.
