异丙酚对家兔CO2气腹时肝损伤的影响 被引量:2

摘要 腹腔镜手术因其创伤小、恢复快、疗效可靠等优点,已广泛应用于临床。该手术的麻醉方法常采用异丙酚复合麻醉。腹腔镜手术过程中需要使用CO2建立气腹,而气腹压力可造成肝脏功能损害。研究表明,异丙酚对肝脏有一定保护作用,也有研究表明,持续输注异丙酚可减少肝动脉血流,
