摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法、综合分析法,以江苏省男子体操队3名一线运动员为研究对象,对其进行6个月运动后静态牵拉,目的是分析探讨运动后静态牵拉对运动员肌肉的长期影响:促进代谢物的快速清除,加快机体组织恢复,防止肌肉粘连,预防损伤;增加肌肉的弹性和柔韧性,降低肌肉粘滞度,增大关节运动幅度;改善大脑皮层对各部分肌肉的控制能力和精细程度,增大肌肉协调性和爆发力。为科学训练提供理论依据,并根据操作经验提出了自己的几点操作建议,希望达到促进运动员机体恢复和预防伤病发生的目的,延长运动员运动寿命,并提高我国运动队的竞技水平。
In this paper,documentary,experimental,comprehensive analysis,Jiangsu Province men's gymnastics team three first-line players for the study,its 6 months of static stretch after exercise,after exercise,the purpose is to analyze the static stretch of Muscle long-term impact on:promoting the rapid removal of metabolites,accelerating the body tissue recovery,prevent muscle adhesion,prevention of injury;increase muscle elasticity and flexibility,reduce muscle viscosity and increase joint range of motion;improvement of cortical ability to control various parts of the muscle and sophistication,increasing muscle coordination and explosive.Provide a theoretical basis for the scientific training and experience under the operation of several operations put forward their own proposals in the hope to promote the athletes and the prevention of injuries occurring organism recovery purposes,to extend Sport Life,and raise the competitive level of sports teams.
