腕踝针治疗运动员急性腰扭伤74例临床观察

Observation on the Effects of Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture on Acute Lumbar Sprain

研究目的:观察腕踝针在治疗运动员急性腰扭伤上的临床疗效。方法:将74名患者随机分为治疗组44例,对照组30例。治疗组采用腕踝针治疗,对照组采用体针治疗,进行对比观察。结果:通过对腕踝针疗法与体针疗法在同一疗程(5天)内的疗效观察,发现两者间具有显著性差异。结论:采用腕踝针疗法治疗急性腰扭伤与体针疗法相比,在同一时间内,腕踝针疗法的治愈率高,而且操作简便,易于掌握。

Objective The effects of wrist-ankle acupuncture on acute lumbar sprain on athletes were observed.Methods 74 patients were randomly divided into wrist-ankle acupuncture group（WA,n=44） and body acupuncture group（B,n=30）.Comparison and observation were made between the two groups during 5-day treatment.Results There is a significant difference between WA group and B group.Conclusion The cure probability of wrist-ankle acupuncture on acute lumbar sprain is higher than that of body acupuncture.Furthermore,compared with the latter,the technology of the former is convenient to master.
