摘要
竞技体育的发展离不开竞技体育人才的培养与管理。我国传统的竞技体育人才培养模式为新中国竞技体育的崛起做出了巨大贡献。但在新时期下,社会对竞技体育人才培养提出了更高的要求,要求培养的运动员是高文化、高素质的高水平运动员,是能够适应现代社会发展的人。本文采取文献资料法、调查研究方法分析了目前国内外竞技体育后备人才培养与管理的现状,同时从江苏省竞技体育人才培养的实践基础出发,立足于国内经济社会发展的现状,并以训练学、教育学、社会学、管理学等多学科的视角全方位地对竞技体育人才培养管理模式进行分析和总结,探讨新形势下竞技体育后备人才培养模式的重构,并为在竞技体育后备人才可持续发展中实行"以人为本"管理模式的可行性提供理论支撑,为体育上级主管部门的领导决策提供依据。
The development of competition sports is inseparable from the cultivation and management of sports talent.Chinese traditional cultivation patterns of sports talent had made great contributions to the performance of the new Chinese competitive sport.But in the new period,the sports talent's cultivation and development should have a higher requirements in competitive sports,and it requires that the education of athletes should be higher-culture,higher-quality and higher-level athletes,so that they would able to adapt to development of modern society.Taking the methods of literature and research,This study analysis the status of cultivation and management of sports reserves on domestic and abroad,and sports talent from in Jiangsu province based on the training practice and domestic economic and social development of the situation,meanwhile this paper analyzed and discussed the reconstruction model of cultivation of sports talent in the new situation from the multi-angle on training,education science,sociology,management and other subjects of sports,finally providing support for "people-oriented" management model on sports talent's cultivation and development of sustainability and yielded the theoretical basis of decisions for higher authorities of sports administration.
