摘要
在竞技体育中,有关悬吊训练法(S-E-T)的研究和应用已比较成熟;而对其在大众体育领域存在的价值,却鲜有报道。为便于广大从事体育健身行业的私人教练了解并掌握S-E-T,使大众健身人群从悬吊训练中获得益处,本文主要从健身康复角度,论述它的健身功效、应用范畴及发展前景。
In competitive sports, relevant studies and applications on Sling Exercise Training (S -E -T) have become relatively mature. Unfortunately, for its value in the field of mass sports, it was barely reported. Therefore, for personal trainers engaged in sport fitness industry to understand and master S - E - T, this paper mainly fo- cus on expounding its fitness efficacy, application category and development prospects from fitness & rehabilitation side to make mass fitness group derive benefits from it.
