摘要
从关爱、尊重、需要、心理健康和实际需要五个方面对如何做好运动队思想教育工作问题展开论述,笔者通过多年工作实践经验认为,运动员需要管理者给予更多的呵护和帮助,让他们在宽松、愉悦的环境中更好的生活、训练,从而更多的为省争荣、为国争光。
This article from the love,respect,needs,mental health and practical needs of five sports teams on how to do a good job of ideological education issues discussed,the author through years of practical experience that the players need to give more care managers and help so that they relaxed,pleasant environment a better life,training,and thus more competition for the province,Rong,glory for the country.
