摘要
部分与整体以某种方式相似的形体称为分形。在班队常规管理中,班主任在场,班队的纪律就比较好,而班主任不在场时,班队的纪律就比较涣散,这成了一个常见的怪现象;运用分形理论,把班队分为若干小队,化整为零,以抓分形来促整体的水平。激励与训练,抓整体促分形的水平;让学生对这种班队管理的模式产生认同并定型,从而使常规管理逐步走向常态。
A branch is a part which is similar to the whole in some way.In class management,if the head teacher is present,the discipline is in good order;if absent,the discipline turns to be in disorder.According to the "branch theory",the class is divided into small parts.Through the management of the branches,the integral level of the whole class can be improved;by some inspiration and training on the whole,the branch level can also be promoted.After the students assimilate the mode of "branch theory",the normality of class management can be achieved.
