近年来我国高校毕业生逐年增多,就业困境尤其明显。通过对大学毕业生就业困难的现状进行分析,大学毕业生的供需失衡、学校教育与市场需求脱节,就业观念误区等都是造成就业难的主要原因。只有在政府、学校、大学生三方的共同努力下才能走出困境。

Employment difficulty is particularly noticeable among college graduates in recent years.Based on the analysis of the current situation,the imbalance between supply and demand of college students,the gap between school education and market demand,the misconception of employment are the main reasons resulting in employment difficulty.Only through the joint efforts of government,school and university students can graduates get out of the trouble.
